01 — INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Meerayah. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Meerayah websites and any purchases made through them. By accessing our websites, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and provide accurate and complete information. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these requirements have not been met.
Meerayah products may also be offered through selected marketplace platforms, including Etsy and eBay. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces may also be subject to the relevant marketplace’s terms and policies.
02 — OUR JEWELLERY
Meerayah specialises in handcrafted jewellery created using genuine 925 sterling silver and carefully selected natural gemstones. Because every piece is handcrafted and every gemstone is naturally individual, subtle variations may occur.
Inclusions, colour variation, tone differences, patterns, surface characteristics and internal formations are natural features of genuine gemstones. They are not defects.
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish or develop patina over time. Regular cleaning and thoughtful care help preserve its finish and beauty.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, screen settings, photography lighting, natural gemstone variation and handcrafted production may affect the appearance of a piece. All weights, dimensions, measurements and specifications are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your shopping bag does not reserve stock. We may discontinue products, modify collections, limit quantities, restrict purchases or withdraw products without notice.
03 — PLACING AN ORDER
All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. We may correct pricing, product-description, technical, system or promotional errors.
Available payment methods may include Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Amazon Pay. Availability may vary by location. Meerayah does not store complete payment-card information on its own systems.
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms. Unless stated otherwise, only one promotional code may be used per order, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be applied retrospectively.
To protect customers and our business, we may conduct verification checks, request additional information, delay dispatch, refuse transactions or cancel suspicious orders. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, an appropriate refund will be issued.

05 — AFTER YOUR PURCHASE
We want you to be delighted with your Meerayah piece. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene and bespoke-product reasons, earrings and personalised items are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
Our limited manufacturing warranty covers verified workmanship and manufacturing defects.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged and in their original condition. Original packaging, certificates, documentation and complimentary items should be included where reasonably possible.
Unless required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring items are securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Customers remain responsible for returned goods until they are received by Meerayah.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at contactus@meerayah.com. We may request photographs, supporting information or return of the item for inspection.
Where a fault is confirmed, we may repair the item, replace it, offer a refund or provide another appropriate resolution, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Examples of covered defects may include faulty craftsmanship, defective clasps, defective settings, structural workmanship issues and faults arising from manufacturing processes. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tarnishing, scratches, dents, accidental damage, impact damage, misuse, neglect, improper storage, chemical exposure, lost items, accidental gemstone loss, third-party repairs, unauthorised alterations or natural gemstone characteristics.
06 — LOOKING AFTER YOUR PIECE
To help your jewellery remain beautiful for years to come, follow our recommended care guidance. Failure to follow recommended care instructions may affect product condition and warranty eligibility.
Meerayah may offer repair services for eligible products. Repairs outside warranty coverage may incur charges for labour, materials, shipping or inspection. Repair availability depends on the product type, age, design and component availability, and cannot be guaranteed.
